At Hollowberry Manor, our mission is to provide a peaceful and inspiring environment where our guests can relax, rejuvenate, and connect with others. We strive to create a space that promotes peace, comfort, and inclusion.
Standard weekend retreats are Thursday - Sunday.
Standard check-in time is at 10:00 am, and standard check-out time is at 3:00 pm.
Sunday will always be check-out day unless special arrangements are made.
2026 Pricing for Private Group Retreats
For open-invitation retreat events, please visit our Calendar page. These events are great for individuals or smaller groups!
Every group requires a non-refundable $300 deposit to secure your chosen dates.
Reservations are not complete until the deposit is paid and your contract agreement is signed.
Bookings will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email hello@hollowberrymanor.com for inquiries and questions.
We understand that life circumstances change, and that complications can come up when you've booked your stay so far in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests where possible, but reserve the right to say no at our discretion.
If you need to reschedule, requests must be made 60 days in advance. If there are open dates to move you to, you are welcome to request a reschedule. Please email us if you would like to be added to the Waitlist for any particular dates.
