Standard Check-In time is Thursday at 9:00 am, and standard Check-Out time is Sunday at 4:00 pm. You can add additional dates (Wednesday, Tuesday) for an additional flat fee. Sunday will always be Check-Out day.
Pricing for retreats will be readjusted for each Phase, as accommodations and amenities are increased. At this time, we will only be offering "whole house" group reservations. Prices are guaranteed to not change after your reservation is confirmed; we do reserve the right to change our listed prices at any time. The group price is the same even if you do not fill all available spots.
**We will consider offering small group reservations for specific wings in the future. Please let us know if this is a choice you would like to see.**

Every group requires a non-refundable retainer/security deposit to secure your chosen dates. Reservations are not complete until the retainer/deposit is paid and your contract agreement is signed. Bookings will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
We understand that life circumstances change, and that complications can come up when you've booked your stay so far in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests where possible, but reserve the right to say no at our discretion.
You must contact us prior to your 60-day final payment date to make changes. If you choose to cancel and not reschedule 60-days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your booking retainer. If you cancel at any point within 60-days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the full amount due. We will do our best to fill your rental dates with another group. If we successfully fill your reservation, you will not be responsible for any further costs and will be refunded all payments, less the booking retainer. If we are unable to fill your rental dates, you remain responsible for making full payment on your reservations. You may also wish to help find a group to take over your date commitment; if you do, they will need to pay their own booking retainer/security deposit and sign the contract agreement to release you (the original party) from your financial commitment.
