At Hollowberry Manor, we provide a peaceful and serene environment for individuals and groups seeking rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Our creative retreat offers a range of spaces and amenities designed to elevate your stay. With spacious rooms, history in every corner, and lots of nooks to explore, we are the perfect destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
In the coming weeks, we will add to this bedroom tour. You can expect to see 9 bedrooms spread across 4 "wings" of the house, including 1 wing that is almost stair-free! We are excited to share them with you!
Wing 1
This wing is part of the first original bedrooms, and is at the top of the Grand Staircase.
Wing 3
This wing is is the upstairs portion of the "servant's quarters." This wing is accessed by the back service staircase. Scheduled to be open June 1.

This wing is the only sing not accessed by stairs. It also has a private entrance from the side. Scheduled to be open July 1.

The first bedroom at the top of the stairs, Tranquility is the largest bedroom of them all. Take advantage of the window light coming in through the 6 original panes of the bay window. Enjoy the extra space afforded by the two closets.
This bedroom took the longest to make over due to the damage to the walls from falling plaster and a poor seal on a window. Many hours went into getting it put back together, including time spent removing many layers of wallpaper!
Please note in the picture above the framed bit of original wallpaper, found 8 layers deep. It's in amazing condition, still with vibrant colors - even the gold is still very gold!
A unique part of Tranquility is the bonus room - an additional bedroom/private space containing the 4th bed. Potentially a great solution if you are a snorer...or if you are trying to get away from the snorer!

This bathroom is as spacious as it is beautiful. Mona agrees!
Enjoy the shower, or treat yourself to a long soak in the extra-deep claw foot tub. Enjoy the light during the day, or have it dark and cozy while you watch a movie. Safety bars are in place to help you get up and out on your own terms.
This bathroom is better suited to whose who enjoy mobility. If you are unsure about your ability to use the claw foot tub, please utilize the Refresh bathroom down the hall

Timeless
This is a beautiful, light-filled room! Finished in a classic light blue, and featuring a French toile wallpaper in box trim, this bedroom currently has 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. Enjoy cozying up in the window seat to enjoy the sunshine while reading a book, or simply relish in a quiet afternoon to yourself while your roommates are in the workroom crafting away.
The two closets add space for private belongings. This bedroom is next to the first bathroom, Replenish, and is the second bedroom in the main upstairs landing, part of Wing 1.

Majestic
This Scottish-inspired room is truly a destination. Dark and cozy, it feels like it holds untold stories and history. Perhaps they belong to the Lady in the corner? Pull the heavy velvet drapes shut, then snuggle in and listen.
The massive queen bed was destined to be in this room; pictures don't do it justice. Along with 2 additional twins, this room sleeps 3 very comfortably. The silky white rug is an extra luxurious perk.

This bathroom is full of charm and sweet! Some may say that it's too much pink, but we say no such thing. Add in gold accents, penny tile floor, and a little bit of Monet, and you have a bathroom worth spending time in. The peony wallpaper is not to be missed!

This bathroom is currently the most accessible. It is on the second floor, but for our guests who do not want to step over into a tub, this bathroom will be a dream. Step straight into the shower, take a rest on the shower seat when needed, and use the handheld shower handle too!
Whimsy
This fun and sassy bedroom will have your heart! It's a little less "period" in decor & design, but I believe it fits the room perfectly. Beadboard and whimsical wallpaper adorn the walls, along with gold-rimmed mirrors. Who can resist the charm of this adorable room?
The room may feel simple in space, but it has an awesome closet! It's a great asset to the room, as guests can put their belongings behind a closed door, and even use it as a private dressing room.
