Our Mission
At Hollowberry Manor, our mission is to provide a peaceful and inspiring environment where our guests can relax, rejuvenate, and connect with others. We strive to create a space that promotes peace, comfort, and inclusion.
Weekend Retreat Rates
Standard check-in time is at 10:00 am, and standard check-out time is at 3:00 pm.
Sunday will always be check-out day unless special arrangements are made.
There is a minimum of 3 nights for all reservations.
2026 Pricing for Private Group Retreats
- $3000 flat rate
- Thursday - Sunday
- No host on site
- Up to 20 crafters maximum
- Whole house access
- Add Wednesday {$500} and Tuesday {$500} to any weekend reservation

- $3250 flat rate
- Thursday - Sunday
- No host on site
- Up to 20 crafters maximum
- Whole house access
- Add Wednesday {$500} and Tuesday {$500} to any weekend reservation
For open-invitation retreat events, please visit our Calendar page. These events are great for individuals or smaller groups! Open retreats start at $180/pp, and prices for these events will always vary.
Workroom Day-Use Rates
When a private retreat group is not in residence, the workroom may be rented for day use. It is typically available on Mondays, Tuesday, and many Wednesdays. Please see the Calendar page for availability.
Day Rate for the Creative Workspace
- $25 per person
- 9 am – 10 pm, come and go as you please
- Minimum of 6 persons, or $150
- Maximum of 20 persons, or $500
- Includes use of kitchen and powder room in the Manor
- Includes cleaning fee and taxes
Multi-Day Rate
You may book multiple days in a row, if available, and can leave your supplies in the workroom overnight. For subsequent days, the rate will lower to $20 per person.
